Terms of Service

STATECRAFT ("the Service") is a multiplayer political simulation. By creating a session, joining a room, or sending messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not represent any real government, party, or policy position.

2. Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to harass other delegates, post hateful or illegal content, impersonate real public figures with intent to deceive, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Hosts may remove players from their rooms; the operators may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

3. User content

Messages, nicknames, and in-game decisions you submit are visible to other participants in the same room and may be retained as part of the persistent historical record. Do not submit anything you would not want preserved.

4. AI-generated content

Crisis scenarios, headlines, and certain narrative elements are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. They are fictional and should not be relied on as factual reporting.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, persistent storage of any specific session, or specific outcomes from your decisions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
